Have any of you girls tried this stuff? It's supposed to be a genuine appetite suppresant, but I'm skeptical because of all of the hype about it. I know chics will try anything to shed an unwanted pound or two, but I'll try it too if you think it works. I'm desperate!! I now weigh nearly as much as MS Moondragon!! Laughing

If you want to loose weight youre going to have to work at it. Eat right, cut out the sugars and breads,no more beer (even light beer), and excercise. Granted diet pills do work but youre still going to have to do all the above to maintain a decent weight. You learn to snack on things like fruit and veggies too. Some say by eating small meals through the day instead of 2 or 3 big ones works too.

My brother lost around 40 pounds awhile back just by cutting back on the beer and cutting out the sweets he ate all the time.

My problem is the opposite,Ive always been too thin and even my doctor tells me I need to gain about 5-10 pounds.Then again it be nice if I grew 5 inches taller too and that wont happen.

At work if I find out a female coworker is on a diet I make it a point to give her candy(especially chocalate)as often as possible. Very Happy

Don't forget you can also do the fat dancing (aerobics). This boosts your metabolism up. That is the real culprit metabolism rate. If we increased that though, wouldn't it decrease you overall life span? I had just as soon be fat dumb and happy.... Not necessarily in that order....

Maybe you should try jogging.I try to do 3 to 6 miles 2-3 times a week. Matter of fact Im going to go right now. Today looks like a 6 mile day.
